 Question: Why do I get a "No files found to view" message on certain galleries?
 Answer: Picture Tools only works on galleries where a preview images links to an image or movie file.  If the images link to html files or the images use javascript to link, Picture Tools will not work.
   
 Question: What are the different option in the Options program?
 Answer: Click here for a description of each option in the Options program.
   
 Question: How can I view files once I download them with Picture Tools?
 Answer: Once downloaded, we recommend you use ACDSee to view picture files and Windows Media Player to view video files.  Click here for more details.
   
 Question: What does the Authorize Picture Tools program do?
 Answer: The Authorize program is a way for use to expire an old version of Picture Tools when a new version is released.  You will be notified by the Authorize program if your version is about to expire.
   
 Question: Can I prevent Picture Tools from working on my gallery?
 Answer: Yes.  If you own a gallery and would like to prevent users from using Picture Tools on your gallery you may use robot exclusion rules.  Click here for more details.
   
 Question: I do not see the Picture Tools buttons in Internet Explorer.  How can I show them?
 Answer: In Internet Explorer, right-click on the button bar and click the Customize entry.  If the Picture Tools buttons are not in the 'Current toolbar buttons' list, add them.  Move the buttons up by selecting a button and then clicking the Move Up button.
   
 Question: I do not see the View All Pics entry in Internet Explorer's right-click menu.  How can I show it?
 Answer: Start the Picture Tools Options program by clicking the Start button > Programs > Picture Tools > Options.  Check the "Show View All Pics in Internet Explorer's right-click menu"' box and click apply.  Restart Internet Explorer to see the entry. 
   
 Question: Nothing happens when I use the right click "View All Pics" feature.  How do I get it to work?
 Answer: There are a few things that may cause this feature not to work.  Make sure "Filter Links" is enabled in the Picture Tools options program.  Also make sure "Enable third-party browser extensions" is enabled in Internet Explorer.  You can find this setting under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
   
 Question: Can Picture Tools be uninstalled?
 Answer: Yes.  Click the Start button > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.  Select Picture Tools from the list and click the remove button.
   
 Question: Does Picture Tools work with Windows XP SP2?
 Answer: Yes.  Picture Tools does work with Windows XP Service Pack 2. 
   
 Question: I get a security Information Bar popup when I use "View All Pics" with Windows XP SP2?  How do I prevent the Information Bar from showing?
