There are a few things that may cause this feature not to work. Make sure "Filter Links" is enabled
in the Picture Tools options program. Also make sure "Enable third-party browser extensions" is
enabled in Internet Explorer. You can find this setting under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
