Picture Tools is an Internet Explorer plug-in which assists in browsing picture gallery and movie gallery web sites.
 

Picture Tools has two main features, View All Pics and Download Pics.  Below is a screen shot pointing out the Picture Tools buttons in Internet Explorer.

• View All Pics takes a gallery and shows you all the pictures to which that page links.

• Download Pics takes a gallery and download any pictures and movies to which that page links.
